WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
All the items on Hopkins & The Witch are handmade by me. I come up with the designs, and put them all together with my own fair hands. Component parts are sourced from safe and as far as possible sustainable sources, with an emphasis on reducing air miles as much as possible - almost everything comes from within Europe.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I am based in Amsterdam in The Netherlands, although I ship worldwide!
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM ITEM?
Yes, I love creating custom pieces! Literally every item I sell I am happy to make custom versions of. Candles infused with specific intent or particular fragrances, jewelry made for a special occasion or a gift for a certain person, boxes painted with your favourite colours or filled with items for a particular season; anything goes. CAN I ORDER IN LARGER QUANTITIES?
This one’s very much dependent on how my order book is looking and what your time-scale is, but in theory yes! Pop me an email to Becca@HopkinsAndTheWitch.com and let me know what you’re interested in and I can send you a quote and also a turnaround time estimate. I aim to respond to all messages within 1 business day.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I'VE ORDERED?
Yes, as long as I haven’t bought the postage label yet. I do try to ship orders out pretty fast, but certainly if you realise the issue within a few hours I can sort it out. Either way just send me an email and I’ll do my best for you!
CAN I ADD AN EXTRA ITEM ONTO MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT, AND HAVE IT SHIPPED IN THE SAME PARCEL?
Again, as long as I haven’t shipped out the order yet! I will happily refund postage on any additional items ordered before I send out your parcel. If I spot two orders from the same person I’ll do it automatically, but if you want to be sure you can send me an email too.
Your Hopkins & The Witch jewelry is best stored somewhere dry, and not worn in the shower or swimming pool as water or humidity may cause discoloration or even damage to some gemstones. If it needs a clean, use a dry, lint-free cloth to give it a quick polish.
Crystals can need their magical energy cleansed; this can be done by passing them through incense smoke or leaving them out to “charge” under a full moon.
WHAT IF AN ITEM BREAKS OR GETS DAMAGED?
Send me an email including a photo of the item to Becca@HopkinsAndTheWitch.com and I’ll see what I can do. I am happy to offer a repair service within 6 months of purchase, providing the damage was down to a problem in the construction of the piece (and not because, for instance, the item got stretched to breaking point by getting caught on something while it was being worn). You will need to pay the postage to return the item to me for repairs.
