Shipping Costs

All orders through my webshop at are eligible for Free Shipping on orders over a certain value.

  • Netherlands shipping is €2, and free when you spend €50 or more.

  • Elsewhere in Europe shipping is €3.95 and free with spends of €75 or more.

  • Rest of the world shipping is €5.95 and free over €75.

Within Europe I send all orders via the courier DPD, giving you peace of mind with precise tracking info. Outside of Europe I can still offer a tracked service for an additional cost - get in touch for a quote.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For Ready To Ship Items, the turn around time is 1-2 working days. For Custom Orders or Made To Order Pieces, the turn around time is 2-5 working days.

Estimated shipping times
The Netherlands: 1-4 working days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Everywhere Else (except Canada): 3-5 weeks
Canada: 3-10 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

My Item Is Late! What Now?

Unfortunately, sometimes orders are delayed in the post. This can be due to unusual pressure on the postal service, bad weather, strike action, or any number of other circumstances which are outside of my control.
In the event of your order being delayed in the post, I will ask you to wait until the maximum possible delivery time as advised by the delivery service has elapsed before I can consider the next steps. If your item arrives too late for your needs and is no longer required, you can return it in unused condition for a full refund.

I need an item by a specific date - what should I do?

If you need an item in time for a particular date, please contact me before/when ordering so that I can advise on shipping methods and likely turnaround time. Often the best option is to send items with a courier - it costs slightly more, but is usually faster and tracked.
Please note that I will do my utmost to ship all orders asap, and certainly within my shipping estimates, but that I am not responsible for what happens once I pass your order into the hands of a delivery service.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  •     Custom or personalized orders

  •     Earrings

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.



I LOVE making custom orders! I am happy to customise any item in my shop, or to create completely new items just for you. Just two things to be aware of:
1, I can't offer refunds or exchanges on custom items, although I will make sure you have plenty of photos before we finalise your order.
2, I will only make up your custom order fully once you have given me a definite go-ahead. In some cases I may ask for a small down-payment on a custom order, for instance if I need to buy in materials especially for it. This will normally be no more than 20% of the final amount we have agreed, and will be deducted from your final bill.

I also love personalizing items for my customers. Sometimes just a simple change can make a piece so much more meaningful for the intended recipient!

There is no additional charge for up to two small changes - for instance changing the type of clasp, or swapping one charm.
For larger changes - for instance changing the type of stones used on a bracelet, or the length of a chain - there will be additional costs involved. In these instances I will explain these to you, and once we have agreed on a design I will create a custom listing for you, either for the whole item or, if you have already paid for the original piece, for the additional costs.
As soon as these are paid, I will complete any remaining work and ship your order!
